General information about the online store
E-commerce products are sold by East Asia Mart business ID 2156076-0. Products for sale are delivered to Finland, the Baltic countries and the Nordic countries. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
The products are generally ordered via the Internet at http://east-asia-mart.fi/fi/ via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. If the selected products are out of stock, we will deliver a similar product as compensation.
The minimum amount for an order is 15 euros.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show you:

Products and their postage are paid when ordering. You can easily pay for products and postage either with bank payment buttons, Paypal, Bitcoins, bank transfer or card payment (payment method surcharge € 0.87). In our online store, the minimum price for an order is 15 euros. Please contact us if you have any problems ordering or paying.
We will mail the products when the payment appears in our account. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery. We will process your order during business hours once payment has been made.
We mail orders every weekday. Depending on the bank connections, it will take 1-3 business days from the payment of the invoice. However, if the delivery time is longer for any reason, we will notify the customer by e-mail.
Delivery method and delivery costs
The customer can choose the most suitable delivery method:- Posti Mail Parcel (5 euros)- Postnordin MyPack Collect (8 euros)
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. Refunds are free of charge through the postal parcel machine.
Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
Please note that failure to pick up your order is not the same as a refund!
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.
