General information
E-commerce products are sold by East Asia Mart, business ID 2156076-0. We deliver products in Finland, Baltic and Nordic Countries. All the prices of the products includes VAT. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and postage costs.

Products are mainly ordered via the internet at via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price, delivery costs, as well as the ordered products. Order confirmation requires notification e-mail address when ordering.

In case selected items are out of stock, we will deliver similar products as replacement  

Minimum amount for order is 15 euros. 

The Customer agrees with every order terms of delivery valid.

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation by email, where ordered products and the total amount can be seen.

Payment methods
All the products and their postage are paid conjunction with the order. You can pay the products by online payment, Paypal,  bank transfer or card payment (additional payment 0,87€) . Minimum order from our webshop is 15 euros. Please contact us if there is any problems with ordering or payment.

We will deliver the orders when we receive the payment. We do not supply the products cash on delivery. We deal with order during shops opening hours, when the payment is made.

Delivery time
We ship orders every working day. Depending on the bank connections it takes 1-3 days after paying the bill. For delivery lead time longer than this, we will notice the customer by email.

Delivery methods and delivery fees 
We deliver orders according to the customer's choice either via
-Posti Postal Parcel (previously name SmartPost)

For Baltic and Nordic Countries we deliver orders via Posti Parcel Connect (20 euro).

We don't charge delivery fees for orders over 80 euro.

You can also choose "Click ja Collect", in which case you can collect your order from our shop by yourself.

Exchange and return policy
The customer has 14 days to return or exchange right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to the original package, unused and marketable products. You can return the parcel via Posti Parcel point charge free.

We will return your money to your bank account after we have received and handled returned items.

Please be informed that not picking up the parcel is not the same as returning it!

Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, an immediate claim has to be made with the post office.

We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer must familiarize themselves the valid terms of delivery before ordering.
