General Information
E-commerce products are sold by East Asia Mart (Business ID: 2156076-0).We deliver to Finland, as well as Baltic and Nordic countries.
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and postage fees at any time.
Ordering
Orders are primarily placed through our webshop at east-asia-mart.fi/en using the shopping cart.
Each order is confirmed by email, including details of the products ordered, their prices, and delivery costs. Please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
If a selected item is out of stock, we may provide a similar replacement product.
The minimum order value is 15 euros.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms of delivery.
Order Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by email showing the products ordered and the total amount payable.
Payment Methods
All products, including postage, must be paid at the time of ordering. Payment methods include:
Online payment
PayPal
Bank transfer
Card payment (subject to an additional fee of €0.87)
The minimum order value is 15 euros.
Orders are processed once payment is received. We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are handled during shop opening hours.

Delivery Time
Orders are shipped every working day. Depending on bank transfer times, payment confirmation may take 1–3 days.
If delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you by email.
Delivery Methods & Fees
Orders are delivered according to the customer’s choice via:
Posti Postal Parcel (formerly SmartPost)
Posti Kotipaketti (Posti Home)
Posti Baltic Parcel (€20 flat fee) for Baltic and Nordic countries
Delivery is free for orders of:
Posti Postal Parcel over €80 (net value, excluding delivery fees)
Posti Kotipaketti (Posti Home) over €100 (net value, excluding delivery fees)
Customers may also choose “Click & Collect”, allowing collection of orders directly from our shop.
Exchange & Return Policy
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in marketable condition. Returns can be made free of charge via a Posti Parcel point.
Refunds will be issued to your bank account after the returned items have been received and inspected.
⚠️ Please note: Failure to collect a parcel is not the same as a return.
Any incorrect delivery or defective product must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If the parcel is damaged during shipping, an immediate claim must be filed with the post office.
Other Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms of delivery. Customers must review the current terms before placing an order.
All customer information is handled confidentially.
East Asia Mart will not disclose customer details to third parties.
