Wheat flour 79% Salt 4.5%, Water 20.5%
FOR STIR FRY:
1. Place 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet or wok, add 200g of udon noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Add favourite meat, vegetables and sauces. Cover and cook on high heat to taste, stirring occasionally. Serve.
1. Place noodles and soup stock in 1/2 cups of water, bringing to boil.
2. Boil for 3 minutes, adding favourite cooked meats and vegetable to taste. Serve.
